What a Room Costs at 1827 Kimberly Road
A single room at 1827 Kimberly Road is $65 a night or $250 a week. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week. A studio is $325 a week, and there is no nightly studio rate.
Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate. We are one of them, and this page puts our numbers next to the other three.
All three of the others show a nightly number below our $65. Two publish one on their own site and the third's booking engine quoted one for a mid October date. That is on this page too, in the same size type as everything else.
The rates at 1827 Kimberly Road
Three room types are priced at this address. Here is the whole rate card.
- Single room
- $65 a night, or $250 a week.
- Double room
- $75 a night, or $275 a week.
- Studio
- $325 a week. Weekly only. There is no nightly studio rate.
The studio is priced by the week and only by the week. There is no nightly studio rate at this address, so there is no per night studio number for us to quote you. If you need two or three nights, ask about a single or a double.
We do not publish availability, here or anywhere else. What a room costs is a fixed number and it is printed above. What is open on a given Tuesday is a phone call to (208) 733-2010.
Seven nights at the nightly rate, against the week
Both numbers are published, so this is arithmetic rather than a sales pitch.
| Room | Seven nights at the nightly rate | The weekly rate | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single | $455 (7 nights at $65) | $250 | $205 less |
| Double | $525 (7 nights at $75) | $275 | $250 less |
Both figures for each room are published rates at 1827 Kimberly Road. The studio is not in this table because it has no nightly rate.
The crossover is the fourth night, for both rooms. Three nights in a single is $195 and three nights in a double is $225, so paying by the night is cheaper. Four nights is $260 and $300, which is already more than the $250 and $275 weeks. If you are here four nights or longer, ask for the week.
What a week costs across Twin Falls
Four lodging businesses in this town publish a weekly rate. We are one of them. Each figure below was read on September 2, 2026 on that business's own website, not on a directory, an aggregator or a review site. These numbers move, so check theirs before you decide.
| Business | Address | Published weekly rate | What the figure is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kimberly Road Extended Stay (this address) | 1827 Kimberly Rd | $250 single, $275 double, $325 studio | Our own published rates. |
| Canyon Springs Extended Stay | 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N | As low as $295 a week | Their own wording on their own site. |
| Motel 6 Twin Falls | 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N | $315 for the week | $45 a night labeled a weekly rate, with a seven night minimum they state themselves. Seven at $45 is $315. |
| Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay | 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N | $360 or $480 a week | Two figures live at the same time. See below. |
Checked September 2, 2026. Every competitor figure was read on that business's own website. Rates move, so check before you book.
Blue Lakes Inn is the awkward one to report honestly. On September 2, 2026 their site carried two different weekly figures at once. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says $360 a week, and $360 does not appear anywhere in the visible copy on the page. $360 is the figure that shows in a search result, so it is the one most people see before they click. We are citing both, because quietly picking the higher one to flatter our own table would be a cheap trick.
Among those four, our $250 single is the lowest published weekly rate in Twin Falls as of September 2, 2026. That is a claim about published weekly rates and nothing wider than that. Three more lodging businesses we checked in this town have no website at all, so what they charge is not published anywhere and is not in this comparison.
Where somebody else is cheaper
On a single night we are not the cheapest room in this town, and it is easy enough to check that pretending otherwise would be pointless. All three of the other businesses that publish a weekly rate show a nightly number below our $65.
- Canyon Springs Extended Stay, 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes rates as low as $45 a night on their own site. Our single is $65. For one night, that is a lower number than ours.
- Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes $53 a night in their own wording, when you book a month. That is below our $65, with a month attached to it.
- Motel 6, 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes no rack rate at all. Their booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for 14 to October 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69, and $95 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026. Those are live quotes for named dates, not a rate card, and they will read differently next week.
One went the other way on the date we checked. SureStay by Best Western, 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N, quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026. They publish no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere, and the rate filter in their booking engine has no extended stay option. Same caveat as Motel 6. One date, one quote, and not a standing rate.
There are two more places we come out higher. Canyon Springs publishes a week as low as $295, and our studio at $325 is above that. Our single at $250 and our double at $275 are below it. Which of those matters depends entirely on which room you want, and that is a question for the phone rather than one this page can answer for you.
And both Canyon Springs and Blue Lakes Inn publish a monthly rate, $1,100 and $1600 a month in their own wording on September 2, 2026. We publish no monthly rate at all. If you are thinking in months, call and ask rather than working it out from the week.
So the short version. On one night, other people quote less. On a week, our $250 single and our $275 double are below every weekly rate published in Twin Falls on September 2, 2026. That is what our rate is good for, and it is all we are claiming for it.
Who this address suits
1827 Kimberly Road sits on the Kimberly Road corridor on the east side of town. Driving times below were measured by road on September 1, 2026, and walking times were measured on the real pedestrian network rather than estimated from a straight line.
- St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 4.6 miles and about 9 minutes by car.
- College of Southern Idaho is 3.4 miles and about 7 minutes by car.
- Chobani is 2.2 miles and about 5 minutes. Amalgamated Sugar is 1.8 miles and about 4 minutes.
- Twin Falls Public Library is 1.4 miles and about 3 minutes. Twin Falls City Park is 1.5 miles and about 3 minutes.
- Shoshone Falls is 4.5 miles and about 7 minutes. Magic Valley Mall is 4 miles and about 9 minutes. Magic Valley Regional Airport is 6.3 miles and about 13 minutes.
On foot, the immediate block is well stocked. Stinker Stores is a 2 minute walk. Advance Auto Parts and NAPA Auto Parts are both about 2 minutes. Loong Hing is 3 minutes, Subway is 4, and Janitzio Mexican Restaurant is 7. Franklin Building Supply is a 13 minute walk and the YMCA is 13. Morningside Elementary School is 18 minutes. Counting everything within walking range we measured twelve places to eat, twelve grocery and corner stores, eleven gas stations and twelve hardware and everyday goods stores.
Two things on that list are honestly a walk rather than a stroll. The nearest laundromat we can name, Magic Suds Addison, is a 29 minute walk. The nearest pharmacy in our measurement is 33 minutes. Both are short drives. If you are here without a car for a month, plan for that.
Given all that, this address tends to suit a few people. Somebody visiting a patient, because the hospital is 4.6 miles and about 9 minutes by car and the price here is a published number rather than a quote that changes with the date. A trade working a job in town, with auto parts two minutes away on foot and building supply thirteen. A family passing through on the way to Shoshone Falls, which is 7 minutes off. Somebody between places to live, because the week is $250 and there is no lease and no credit check. And a student or a parent at the college, 7 minutes up the road.
Booking, and the deposit
Booking is by phone. Call (208) 733-2010. Se Habla Espanol.
None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct, by phone.
There is no lease to sign and no credit check. New Leaf Properties has run motels in Twin Falls since 2005, all of them under one owner, and the office is at 296 Addison Ave W.
The deposit depends on the room. On newly renovated rooms it is one week's rent at move in. On some other rooms there is none. This page cannot tell you which room you would be in, so ask on the phone before you plan a budget around it.
Other places to stay near 1827 Kimberly Road
Four other lodging addresses near this one, with driving and walking distances measured on September 1, 2026. We are not quoting a price for any of them. The four businesses that publish a weekly rate are in the table above, and none of these four is among them.
- Capri Motel, 1341 Kimberly Rd. 0.4 miles by car, about 1 minute, or roughly an 8 minute walk.
- Cherrywood Apartments, 2026 Elizabeth Blvd. 0.94 miles and about 3 minutes by car, or a 21 minute walk. Apartments, not a motel.
- Oregon Trails Campground, 2733 Kimberly Rd. 1.16 miles and about 2 minutes by car, or a 31 minute walk.
- The Fillmore Inn, 102 Fillmore St. 1.95 miles and about 4 minutes by car, or a 36 minute walk. A bed and breakfast.
Three of the lodging businesses we checked in Twin Falls have no website at all. Capri Motel, just up the road from us, is one of them. The web address a directory lists for them, caprimoteltwinfalls.com, is not a registered domain, and the regional tourism board still links to that dead address. That is not a knock on anybody. Plenty of small motels here run on a phone line and a sign, and it works. It does mean that if you want to compare prices in this town before you drive, there is not much published to compare.
Our nearest sister property is Twin Falls Motel at 2152 Kimberly Rd, about a 9 minute walk from this door. It has single rooms only, at the same $65 a night and $250 a week. If this address is not the right one for you and you want the same room at the same price, that is the closest place to ask.
